We are looking for someone who can communicate with potential customers through DMs and convert genuine inquiries into sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer DMs and inquiries.
- Understand customer needs.
- Share appropriate information about our services.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Handle customer objections and questions.
- Convert conversations into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Good English communication and typing skills.
- Previous sales/customer-handling experience.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Social media handling experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
