Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential property customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, and offers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Maintain customer/lead records and daily calling reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & site-visit targets.
- Real estate experience preferred; freshers with positive communication skills .
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, customer handling, follow-up skills, and basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge.
