- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in a Hospital/Healthcare organization.
- Good understanding of hospital HR operations and manpower management.
- Experience handling doctors, nurses, paramedical and non-clinical staff.
- Knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and HR software/HRMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
