- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions accurately.
- Operate the billing system and generate customer bills.
- Receive payments and provide the correct balance to customers.
- Ensure all orders are billed accurately as per the items ordered.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and payment collections.
- Perform opening and closing cash procedures as per company policy.
- Reconcile cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections with sales at the end of each shift.
- Report any cash shortages, excesses, billing errors, or discrepancies to the Manager.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, payments, prices, and orders in a polite and skilled manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure orders are processed correctly.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the cashier counter and billing area.
- Assist in takeaway and delivery order billing, where required.
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of cash and other payment-related documents.
- Maintain records of refunds, cancellations, discounts, complimentary items, and void bills as authorized.
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to cash handling, billing, discounts, and customer service.
- Assist with stock checking or other outlet-related duties when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales and financial information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management.
