Job Summary

Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, promoting Tinos's software and technology solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities to generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software, security, and technology solutions.
- Contact prospective clients and explain the company's products and services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to move them through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals,



and other sales-related documents as required.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to understand and communicate product/service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding sales activities and progress.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or the technology industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of software, technology, or digital services is an advantage.
