**Location:** Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

**Process:** Inbound Voice – Customer Support

### Shift & Working Days

* **Night Shift:** 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

* **Working Days:** 6 days a week

* **Weekly Off:** 1 rotational week off

### Eligibility

* Graduation is mandatory.

* Candidates awaiting graduation results are not eligible.

* Intermediate pass candidates are not eligible.

* Pursuing higher education candidates are not eligible.

* B. Pharmacy students are not eligible.

* **SVAR Score:** 50+

### Language Requirements

* Excellent verbal communication in **English & Hindi**

* Regional language proficiency preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.

* Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently.





* Provide accurate information about banking products and services.

* Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

* Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable banking products.

* Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.

### Required Skills

* Strong communication and telephone etiquette.

* Good active listening skills.

* Customer-oriented approach with patience and empathy.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Good decision-making, logical reasoning and numerical ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
