Role Summary

We are looking for Condition Monitoring Analysts to analyse equipment and condition monitoring data, identify potential issues, and provide actionable recommendations to Dealer and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse S·O·S, inspection, electronic, site and equipment-history data to assess equipment condition.
- Provide data-driven equipment and operational recommendations to Dealer representatives.
- Collaborate with Condition Monitoring teams, S·O·S Interpreters and Dealer representatives.
- Use MS Excel, Access and enterprise tools for data analysis and tracking.
- Support condition monitoring lead tracking, issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Prepare technical reports, findings and recommendations.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Apply field troubleshooting knowledge to support equipment-related investigations.

Required Skills





- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and enterprise tools.
- Understanding of machinery, automotive or construction equipment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Condition Monitoring, Service Engineering, Equipment Monitoring or Predictive Maintenance.
- Field/troubleshooting experience in Machine, Automobile or Construction industries.
- Exposure to OEMs/dealers such as JCB, Cummins, Komatsu, SANY, XCMG, Schwing Stetter, Kobelco, Epiroc, Sandvik, Kubota, GMMCO or Gainwell will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace, Industrial Production or related engineering disciplines.
