Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver professional training for Security Operations Center (SOC) Level 1 & 2 modules. You will train students on real-world concepts including threat detection, SIEM tools (like Splunk, QRadar), incident response, and more, helping them become job-ready cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver live online training on SOC L1 & L2 concepts in a structured and engaging format.
- Cover key topics such as:
- Fundamentals of SOC
- Security monitoring & alerting
- SIEM tools: Splunk, IBM QRadar
- Incident detection & response
- Ticketing & escalation processes
- MITRE ATT&CK; framework
- Basic malware analysis, phishing, and log correlation
- Prepare study material, practice labs, and real-world use cases.
- Conduct assessments,



resolve student queries, and mentor learners.
- Stay updated with the latest SOC trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience working in a SOC setting (L1 or L2 Analyst role).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
- Good command over cybersecurity fundamentals, incident handling, and ticketing systems.
- Prior training or mentoring experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle Q&A; sessions and support students with career guidance.

Nice to Have:

- Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, Splunk Core Certified, or IBM QRadar Certified.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
