Position -Architect Experience -3–5 Years

Location-Richmond Road, Bengaluru,

Qualification –B.Arch / M.Arch

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to support the planning, design, coordination, and execution of real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction drawings, consultant coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.

Prepare and review working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants.

Ensure architectural designs comply with project requirements and applicable regulations.

Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution. Review drawings, material specifications, and design details.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants for timely execution.

Support design development, approvals, and project documentation.





Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.

Experience coordinating with consultants and site teams.

Positive understanding of building materials and construction practices.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile B.Arch / M.Arch qualification from a recognized institution.

3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and real estate projects.

Experience in High rise residential or commercial projects will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with project stakeholders.
