About Quicklly
Quicklly is a fast-growing, U.S.-based B2C marketplace connecting customers with the products and experiences they love. We operate across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment, building, testing, and scaling as we grow.
Our Finance & Accounting team plays a critical role in supporting that growth by maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening processes, improving visibility, and ensuring the business remains audit-ready.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant with 10+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to take ownership of day-to-day accounting across our U.S. operations.
This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-growing environment. You will own core accounting processes, investigate complex or messy financial data, identify the root causes of discrepancies, and help build scalable processes and controls as the business grows.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous accountant and a proactive problem-solver—someone who does more than identify issues and instead takes ownership of finding and implementing solutions. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing accurate, well-documented work.
This is primarily an accounting-focused role. Experience with FP&A;, reporting, or financial analysis is a plus but is not the core focus.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Accounting & QuickBooks
· Own full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop, including recording and classifying day-to-day transactions across cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
· Maintain a consistent and well-structured chart of accounts.
· Ensure transactions are accurately classified using appropriate U.S. accounting and expense categories.
· Maintain clean, current, and reporting-ready books.
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
· Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, billing, cash application, collections, and AR aging.
· Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue receivables.
· Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor bills, coding, approvals, payment runs, and AP aging.
· Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
· Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
Inventory Accounting
· Maintain accurate inventory accounting, including quantities, valuations, cost of goods sold, and related general ledger reconciliations.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shrinkage,
adjustments, and cost variances.
· Support accurate accounting for a high-volume, consumer-facing B2C business.
Bank & Account Reconciliations
· Perform timely and accurate bank and account reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
· Reconcile payment processor and merchant settlements.
· Research, investigate, and clear reconciling items to ensure balances are accurate and fully supported.
Multi-Entity Accounting
· Maintain accounting records across multiple entities.
· Manage intercompany transactions, allocations, and reconciliations.
· Ensure intercompany balances tie out and eliminations are appropriately handled.
· Support the consolidation of financial information across entities.
Month-End Close & Management Reporting
· Own the month-end close process and drive completion accurately and on schedule with minimal supervision.
· Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
· Prepare and deliver the monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and supporting schedules.
· Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, well-documented, and delivered reliably each reporting cycle.
Financial Data & Problem Solving
· Analyze transactional and financial data to classify transactions, investigate discrepancies, and answer accounting questions.
· Trace issues to their root cause and implement appropriate resolutions rather than relying on workarounds.
· Identify potential problems early and proactively recommend solutions.
U.S. Audit Support
· Support U.S. audit engagements by preparing schedules, documentation, and PBC (Prepared-By-Client) requests.
· Respond accurately and promptly to auditor questions and information requests.
· Help strengthen internal controls and maintain audit-ready books throughout the year.
Technology, Automation & Process Improvement
· Partner with Technology and Product teams to define accounting and financial-data requirements.
· Help improve financial data flows, system integrations, and accounting processes.
· Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements as the company scales.
FP&A; & Reporting
· Support reporting, variance analysis, and FP&A; initiatives as needed.
· Contribute financial insights beyond core accounting responsibilities where appropriate.

· Experience supporting U.S. audits, including preparation of schedules and documentation and interaction with external auditors.
· Proven ability to independently own and execute the month-end close process with minimal supervision.
· Experience preparing monthly management reporting packages.
· Solid analytical skills and the ability to investigate financial data, identify discrepancies, and determine root causes.
· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and less-structured environment.
· Reliable internet access and willingness to work primarily during U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
· Technical or data-oriented background, including experience with data tools, large-scale spreadsheets, or accounting-system integrations.
· Experience with FP&A;, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
· Exposure to accounting automation and modern finance technology.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
