About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and highly driven Digital Marketing & Personal Branding Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

This role is ideal for someone who is a natural go-getter, loves digital marketing, understands social media trends, and wants to learn how to build a powerful personal brand.

You will work closely with the founder to manage Meta Ad campaigns, Google Business Profile (GMB), social media content and personal-branding videos.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t simply wait for instructions but takes ownership, experiments, learns quickly and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management

* Plan, create, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ad campaigns

* Set up campaigns for lead generation, engagement, reach and conversions

* Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, leads and other key metrics

* Test different audiences, creatives, copies and campaign strategies

* Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI

* Prepare regular performance reports and insights

2. Google Business Profile / GMB Management

* Manage and optimize Google Business Profile

* Regularly update posts, photos, offers and business information

* Monitor and respond to reviews

* Improve local visibility and engagement

* Track profile performance, calls, searches and customer actions

3. Personal Branding & Content

* Work closely with the founder to build and strengthen his personal brand

* Research trending topics relevant to business, entrepreneurship, leadership, sales, mindset and personal growth

* Suggest ideas for Reels,



Shorts and other video content

* Develop strong video hooks, concepts and content angles

* Assist in writing short-form video scripts

* Convert ideas and experiences into engaging social-media content

* Keep track of current social media trends and formats

4. Content & Creative Coordination

* Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members

* Brief the creative team clearly on required content

* Review creatives before publishing

* Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms

* Suggest new content formats and experiments

Must Have:

* Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads Manager

* Understanding of Facebook & Instagram marketing

* Google Business Profile / GMB knowledge

* Good written communication

* Basic understanding of content marketing





* Ability to write or develop video content ideas

* Analytical mindset and ability to understand campaign metrics

Good to Have:

* Experience with Canva

* Basic knowledge of video editing

* Knowledge of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts

* Copywriting skills

* Experience with lead-generation campaigns

* Knowledge of Google Analytics / Looker Studio

* Understanding of AI tools for content creation

Qualification

* Any Graduate

* Digital Marketing certification/course is an advantage

* Fresh graduates with strong practical knowledge and the right attitude are welcome to apply
