We are looking for an experienced Stock & Inventory Audit skilled responsible for monitoring, verifying and auditing the company's stock records for steel products such as HR, CR and GP Coils.
The role will involve maintaining and auditing stock data in Excel, reconciling physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting of stock movement across warehouses and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and monitor stock records of HR, CR and GP Coils across locations.
- Reconcile physical stock with Excel/system records and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor and verify inward, outward, transfers, returns and closing stock.
- Maintain accurate stock MIS and reconciliation reports in Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Purchase,
Accounts and Logistics for stock-related discrepancies.
- Review stock documentation and ensure proper recording of all inventory movements.
- Highlight shortages, excess stock and mismatches to management and follow up for closure.
- Suggest improvements in inventory control and stock reporting processes.
Required Skills:
- Age: 40+ years
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Stock Audit, Inventory Control, Inventory Management, MIS or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in Steel / Iron & Steel / Metal Trading / Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; Tally/ERP knowledge preferred. Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, data reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Experience in handling large volumes of stock data and multiple warehouse/location records.
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should be capable of independently identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
Qualification: Graduate – B.Com / BBA / Any relevant qualification.
CTC: Compensation will be based on current/last CTC, relevant experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
