1. Role Purpose Reports
To Role Scope AVP – Operations Outlets | FOH | BOH | Hygiene | Juice Shop Role Level Senior Operations Leadership To drive consistent, profitable and disciplined operations across NKP Empire outlets, covering FOH, BOH, Hygiene and Juice Shop, while working closely with the AVP – Operations to translate business priorities into strong outlet-level execution.

2. Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operations
* Own day-to-day performance of NKP Empire outlets.
* Ensure Empire SOPs, service standards and operating discipline are consistently followed.
* Review sales, productivity, guest experience and operational gaps; drive corrective action.

FOH & Guest Experience
* Ensure a consistent NKP Empire guest experience across outlets.
* Drive service speed, order accuracy, upselling and complaint resolution.
* Build strong Outlet Manager, Captain and service teams.

BOH & Kitchen
* Ensure Empire food quality, taste, presentation and portion standards.
* Control food cost, wastage, yield and kitchen productivity.
* Ensure recipe, production, storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Hygiene & Food Safety
* Own outlet hygiene and food safety standards.
* Maintain 95%+ hygiene audit performance.
* Ensure personal hygiene, cleaning, storage, temperature and sanitation standards.
* Close audit observations within defined timelines.

Juice Shop
* Drive Juice Shop sales, quality and operational standards.
* Ensure recipe, portion, presentation and NPD compliance.




* Control wastage and product yield. Develop Juice Maker → Senior Juice Maker → outlet leadership capability.

People & Capability
* Lead and coach Outlet Managers and operational leaders.
* Ensure manpower productivity and effective deployment.
* Partner with HR/L&D; for induction, CRT, certification and career progression.

Cost & Business Performance
* Own operational KPIs and support outlet P&L; performance.
* Control food cost, wastage, labour productivity and operational leakages.
* Identify underperforming outlets and drive turnaround plans.

New Outlet & Growth
* Support the AVP – Operations in NSO planning and execution.
* Ensure manpower, training, FOH, BOH, hygiene and SOP readiness before opening.
* Stabilize current outlets during the initial operating period.

3. Key Stakeholders
* AVP – Operations | Outlet Managers | FOH | BOH | Kitchen | Juice Shop | SCM | Finance | HR | L&D; | Hygiene/QA | Maintenance | NPD

4. Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10–15 years of F&B; / Hospitality operations experience.
* Strong multi-outlet / multi-unit operations exposure.
* Hands-on experience across FOH, BOH, Hygiene and Cost Control.
* Strong people leadership, operational discipline and P&L; understanding.
* Experience in restaurant, hotel F&B;, QSR or other high-volume operations preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹183,333.00 per month
