Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the spare-parts department.
- Maintain adequate stock of TVS genuine spare parts based on workshop and customer requirements.
- Plan and place orders for spare parts from the manufacturer/distributors.
- Monitor stock levels, quick-moving and slow-moving parts.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the dealership/DMS system.
- Issue parts to technicians against authorised job cards.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Handle retail sales of spare parts to customers and external buyers, where applicable.
- Monitor stock ageing, shortages, damaged parts, and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation.




- Track purchase orders, invoices, returns, and warranty-related parts.
- Coordinate with TVS/distributors regarding orders, shortages, returns, and claims.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organisation of parts.
- Monitor parts sales, margins, inventory turnover, and department performance.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports related to stock, purchases, sales, and consumption.
- Lead and supervise parts-store staff.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer inventory procedures.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
