Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to defined work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks, process delays, and operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other production resources.
- Monitor production targets, cycle time, rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, MIS, and other production-related documentation.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, components, tools, fixtures, and other resources required for production.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to control defects, rework, and rejection.




- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions for production-related issues.
- Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Participate in process improvement, productivity improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in manpower planning and allocation based on production requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of production activities.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production activities.
- Any other production-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
