Key Responsibilities: Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost calculations. Analyze drawings and specifications for quantity estimation. Prepare and verify client and contractor bills. Carry out quantity take-offs and rate analysis. Coordinate with site and project teams for billing information. Monitor project costs and variations. Prepare revised estimates when required. Maintain billing, estimation, and project cost records. Ensure timely submission of bills and related documents. Required Skills: Robust knowledge of estimation, costing, BOQ, and billing. Ability to read and analyze civil drawings. Knowledge of quantity surveying and rate analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Good analytical and numerical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
