Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time, and maintaining company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Guide, train, and support team members to improve performance.
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Track daily productivity and prepare operational reports.
- Address team concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate with Managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene,



and operational standards.
- Handle customer or client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company updates.
- Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of TELECOM experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-handling role.
- Experience in the relevant industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
