Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Technical Content Writing, SEO Content Writing, or Digital Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of technology and emerging tech trends.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, or Enterprise Technology is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid research, editing, proofreading, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, SEO tools, AI writing tools, and digital content platforms.
- Ability to convert complex technical information into simple, engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
