Therapist – Job Description

Location: Paschim Vihar Hospital
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 CTC per month
Experience: 1–3 Years /

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional therapy and counselling sessions to patients as per their requirements.
- Understand patients' concerns and maintain proper session records.
- Develop appropriate therapy plans and monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital guidelines.
- Conduct one-to-one and, where applicable, group therapy sessions.
- Support patients in improving their emotional, behavioural, and overall well-being.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with patients and their families.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a relevant field, depending on the therapy role.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and responsible approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
- Relevant therapy/counselling experience will be an advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 CTC/month
Location: Paschim Vihar Hospital, Delhi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
