Position – Senior Executive – Finance

Roles & Responsibilities

· Financial Planning & Forecasting

· Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

· Prepare revenue, cost, and profitability projections.

· Assist in long-range financial planning activities.

· Performance Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.

· Perform variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.

· Track key business and financial KPIs.

· Business Finance Support

· Partner with business teams to understand operational drivers.

· Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

· Assist in evaluating business initiatives and investments.

· Financial Modelling & Data Analysis

· Develop and maintain financial models.

· Analyze revenue, margins, cost trends, and productivity metrics.

· Support scenario analysis and what-if modelling.

· Cost & Profitability Analysis

· Monitor departmental expenses and cost drivers.

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

· Support customer, service line, and business unit profitability analysis.





· Reporting Automation

· Improve reporting efficiency through Excel, Power Query, and BI tools.

· Maintain dashboards and management reporting packs.

· Drive data accuracy and process standardization.

Skills required:

2-3 years of Experience

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
