We are seeking a enthusiastic BBA graduate looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources. As an HR Recruiter (Fresher), you will assist the HR department in end-to-end recruitment operations, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee databases. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a young professional eager to build core HR competencies in a corporate retail and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, skilled networks, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and job applications against set criteria to match candidate profiles with open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Line up telephonic and face-to-face interviews, coordinate with internal department managers, and communicate interview schedules to candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering queries regarding job roles, interview procedures, and onboarding steps.
- HR Documentation: Maintain updated recruitment trackers, candidate spreadsheets, and employee folders.
- Onboarding Support:



Assist in rolling out offer letters and completing basic joining formalities for newly selected candidates.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

- Education: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree [fresh graduate or final year awaiting results]. Specialization in HR/Management is preferred.
- Age: Below 25 years old.
- Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and professional ethics.
