Engagement: Performance Assessment & Benchmarking for On-Premises Windchill Deployment supporting four global regions in an Automotive Manufacturing enterprise.

Role Purpose

Lead operational health assessment, administration review and infrastructure benchmarking for enterprise Windchill environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environments.
- Review Method Servers, File Vaults, Queues, Index Search and Scheduler.
- Analyze JVM, CPU, Memory, GC and system utilization.
- Assess database health, backups, DR readiness and patch levels.
- Benchmark operational KPIs across four regions.
- Document operational risks and recommend improvements.
