Accounts Executive – Hotel / Resort Industry

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with genuine Accounts experience in the Hotel / Resort / Hospitality industry.

Hospitality industry experience is MANDATORY.

Candidates with only general corporate, manufacturing, IT, retail, trading or other non-hospitality Accounts experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for Hotel / Resort operations
- Maintain cash and bank transactions
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Verify hotel bills, invoices and expenses
- Vendor / Supplier reconciliation
- Revenue and expense reconciliation
- Daily sales / POS reconciliation
- GST / TDS-related accounting activities
- Prepare MIS and financial reports




- Support month-end closing and audit activities
- Coordinate with hotel departments, vendors and management

Mandatory Requirements

1. Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Accounts Experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE

Candidates must have previous or current experience working in:

- Hotels
- Resorts
- Hospitality companies
- Hotel Finance / Accounts departments

2. Excellent Communication Skills – NON-NEGOTIABLE

- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Must be confident communicating with management, vendors and internal departments
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills

3. Location – Hyderabad

- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
- Candidates from outside Hyderabad must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad

4. Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant Accounts experience
- Relevant hospitality experience will be given priority

5. Joining

- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Candidates with 15–20 days maximum notice period can be considered
- Longer notice periods will not be preferred
