Job summary

Rooman Technologies is hiring a Full-Stack Developer and Tech Lead with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development (vibe coding) using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar tools. You will lead a team of engineering interns building web applications with AI tools, review AI-generated code in React, Next.js, Node.js and Python, and take direct control of the codebase when needed. This is a full-stack development and team leadership role at an established technology company (founded 1999) moving into AI products.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and review the work of 5–10 engineering interns
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability
- Write, refactor and debug full-stack code directly (React/Next.js, Node.js/Python)
- Break requirements into scoped tasks and effective AI prompt sequences
- Define coding standards, Git workflow, PR review and testing practices
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production fixes on AWS,



Azure or GCP
- Run daily standups and report sprint progress to leadership
- Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

- 4–5 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong in React or Next.js, and Node.js or Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB, REST APIs and authentication
- 6+ months of daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf)
- Strong code review and debugging skills
- Git, Docker and cloud deployment experience
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent

Preferred

- Team lead or mentoring experience
- LLM API or AI agent development (Anthropic, OpenAI, MCP)
- React Native or Flutter
- Startup or EdTech background
