We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive & Data Entry Operator to join our team. This position is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in accounting, office administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accounting and financial records.
- Enter invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial data accurately.
- Perform day-to-day data entry and documentation work.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
- Maintain proper records of documents and transactions.
- Assist senior accounts team members with routine accounting tasks.
- Prepare Excel reports and maintain spreadsheets.




- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
- Perform other general office and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate in B.Com / B.A
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
- Positive typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
