- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and their application in software development.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks to create seamless user experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across the full technology stack.
- Knowledge of agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
