We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate fire safety projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution, documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, Project Engineers, site teams, vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, BOQs, work orders, reports and correspondence.
- Track project schedules, progress, materials, inspections and pending activities.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, inspections and testing & commissioning.
- Prepare project status reports and MIS.
- Follow up for material requirements, approvals and site issues.
- Maintain MOMs, action trackers and project records.
- Coordinate snag closure and final project handover documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, email drafting, documentation, coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
