About Stonesera Stonesera is a digital growth and sales partner specializing in the Granite, Quartz, Marble, and Tiles industry. We help premium surface showrooms generate quality leads, manage customer enquiries, and increase showroom visits through digital marketing and inside sales. We are looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive – Fresher who will be employed by Stonesera and work exclusively for our client, Mahaveer Surface Studio, a leading Granite, Quartz, and Tile showroom in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. - Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and the company website. - Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. - Explain Granite, Quartz, and Tile products professionally to customers. - Schedule showroom visits and appointments. - Regularly follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into showroom visits. - Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.



- Coordinate with the showroom sales team for effective lead management. - Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets. Requirements - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory. - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software. - Confident, self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. - Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
