Job Overview -

Role: Customer Support Executive / Associate

Industry: International BPO

Work Location: Pune (Aundh & Viman Nagar)

Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers and Experienced are welcome)

Salary Range: 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA (plus lucrative performance incentives and allowances)

Shifts: Rotational / US shifts

Roles and Responsibilities -

Handle inbound/outbound international calls, emails, or live chat sessions to resolve customer queries or complaints.

Provide accurate and prompt information regarding company products and services.

Maintain standard Turnaround Time (TAT) and high first-contact resolution rates.

Document customer interactions, transactions,



and feedback accurately in the internal databases.

Mandatory requirements -

Eligible : HSC pass/Graduates

Excellent communication skills (Fluent English)

Comfortable with night shifts

Available for F2F round, no virtual interview
