We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Rajkot.

The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite speaking ability.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Positive follow-up and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
