Your skills

- Previous work experience (or equivalent) in international context
- Previous work experience (or equivalent) in leading teams would be an asset
- C1 English
- MS Office knowledge
- Ability to motivate others and drive corrective actions

Your tasks

- Ensure the effective project planning, implementation and project management

- Oversee a team, delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with department and company standards

- Provide ad hoc support to key stake holders

- Management & Administration:

- Manage daily operations and administrative activities.

- Coordinate cooks and housekeeping services.

- Oversee maintenance and equipment requirements.

- Manage the overall facility/package and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Coordinate with local employees/staff.

- Supervise caregivers, security personnel, and drivers.





- Handle all activities related to the children’s requirements and welfare.

- Ensure that all team members/staff report to and coordinate with the Team Lead.

- Coordinate and manage assigned projects and operational activities.

- MS Office

- Language Skills:

- Kannada: Proficiency – speaking, reading, and understanding.

- English: Average proficiency – speaking, reading, and understanding.

- Hindi: Proficient.
