We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, campaigns, brand growth, and lead-generation activities for our education business. The candidate should have strong marketing and team management skills, preferably with experience in the Education/EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive quality lead generation and support admission and business growth.
- Work closely with Admissions, Academics, Placements, LMS, Content, and other teams to understand their requirements and support their marketing needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote courses, programs, student achievements, placement success stories, events, and other initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with Content and Creative teams for social media content, creatives, videos, testimonials, and campaigns.
- Manage the organization's brand presence across digital and offline platforms.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and guide the marketing team and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and share insights with management.

- Education/EdTech experience preferred.
- Experience managing marketing teams and campaigns with measurable results
