About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate Dentists to join our growing team. This is a field-based role combining clinical knowledge with customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers at designated locations for smile consultations.
- Perform 3D oral scans using company-provided technology.
- Educate customers about clear aligner treatment plans and benefits.
- Guide customers through the treatment process and address their queries.
- Convert qualified leads into successful treatment enrollments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and conduct follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- BDS degree – Mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in Dentistry, Healthcare, Sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license – Mandatory
