Job Summary
Manjeera Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Civil Construction to manage and coordinate multiple work fronts for our water supply infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall planning, execution and monitoring of assigned project works.
- Manage pipeline, ELSR/OHSR, sump, pump house and other civil works.
- Coordinate Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project progress.
- Plan manpower, machinery and material requirements.
- Monitor BOQ quantities, measurements, variations and billing quantities.
- Coordinate with Client/PHMED, JWIL and other project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications,
method statements and work procedures.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Identify delays, site constraints and resource requirements and report to the Project Manager.
- Review DPRs, progress reports, quantity statements and site records.
- Ensure works are completed within the approved schedule and project requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil and water supply project execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements and billing.
- Experience in pipeline and ELSR/OHSR works preferred.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
