About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and client-related assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Conduct finalization of accounts and ensure proper accounting practices.
- Handle tax audits, statutory audits, and related documentation.
- Review and analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Manage client communication and resolve accounting and taxation queries.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting,
and business analysis.
- Supervise and guide junior accountants/articles as required.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- CA Qualified with 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Auditing.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multiple clients/assignments.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and MIS reporting.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions.
- Team management and coordination skills.
