Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading fitness equipment manufacturer and wellness solutions provider in India. The company offers a wide range of fitness equipment and solutions across retail, commercial, institutional, and e-commerce channels.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant – Finance who can take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and business finance while working closely with senior management.

Position Overview

Position: Chartered Accountant – Finance / FP&ADepartment;: Finance &

AccountsExperience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: CA – Chartered Accountant

Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institute such as NMIMS, IIMs, XLRI, SPJIMR, JBIMS, MDI, SIBM, or equivalent

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis.
- Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management.
- Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.

2. Budgeting & Cost Management

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Monitor departmental budgets and identify cost overruns.




- Analyse operating costs and recommend cost optimisation opportunities.
- Track product-wise, channel-wise, and business-unit-wise profitability.
- Support management in improving margins and operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Excellent understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modelling, and Variance Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Working Capital Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert financial information into actionable business insights.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
