Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily operations and data entry in the Data Management System (DMS).

Update customer, vehicle, sales, service, billing and job card details.

Generate daily/monthly DMS reports and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts and CRM teams.

Identify and correct data discrepancies and support basic DMS-related issues.

Ensure timely and accurate system updates as per company SOPs.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma preferred.

Experience in an automobile dealership preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Good communication, coordination and data-entry skills.

Knowledge of OEM/Toyota DMS will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
