We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient ManageEngine Implementation Developer to join our Cybersecurity Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of ManageEngine security solutions, including Log360, PAM360, Applications Manager, and ADSelfService Plus/AD360.

The role requires hands-on expertise in deploying enterprise security solutions, integrating with third-party platforms, automating operational processes, and supporting customer implementations across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, scripting knowledge, and a sound understanding of Security Operations (SOC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Database Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) – ManageEngine Log360 (Mandatory)

- Install, configure, and administer ManageEngine Log360 in enterprise environments.
- Integrate log sources including Windows, Linux, Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, antivirus solutions, applications, databases, network devices, and cloud platforms.
- Configure log collection, parsing, event correlation, dashboards, alerts, scheduled reports, and notification workflows.
- Develop and implement security use cases for threat detection, including:
- Suspicious authentication attempts
- Privilege escalation
- Malware activity
- Account misuse
- Data access anomalies
- Support security event monitoring, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Generate compliance reports aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Log360 with external applications using REST APIs, Syslog, Webhooks, and Email Notifications.

Privileged Access Management (PAM) – ManageEngine PAM360

- Deploy and configure ManageEngine PAM360.
- Onboard privileged accounts across servers, databases, applications, and network devices.
- Configure password vaulting, password policies, automated password rotation, access approval workflows, and privileged account lifecycle management.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Least Privilege access principles.
- Configure privileged session monitoring, recording, and auditing.
- Enable secure remote access and Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access.
- Integrate PAM360 with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA solutions, SIEM platforms, and ITSM applications.
- Maintain privileged account inventories, access matrices, and implementation documentation.





Database Monitoring – ManageEngine Applications Manager

- Configure and administer ManageEngine Applications Manager for enterprise database monitoring.
- Monitor database availability, performance, resource utilisation, replication, sessions, locks, queries, storage, CPU, and memory utilisation.
- Support monitoring of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other supported database platforms.
- Configure performance thresholds, alerts, dashboards, reports, and escalation workflows.
- Troubleshoot monitoring agents, connectivity, authentication, credential, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with Database Administration teams to analyse and resolve database performance issues.

Identity & Access Management – ADSelfService Plus / AD360

- Deploy and configure ADSelfService Plus and AD360 solutions.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for VPN, remote access, privileged accounts, and enterprise applications.
- Configure password self-service, account unlock, password policy enforcement, and identity verification workflows.
- Integrate with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, VPN solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Configure Active Directory auditing and continuous monitoring.
- Monitor user lifecycle activities, including account creation, deletion, privilege modifications, password changes, group changes, login failures, and account lockouts.
- Configure LDAPS, SSL certificates, and secure directory communication.
- Troubleshoot authentication, LDAP binding, synchronisation, certificate, and connectivity issues.

Integration & Automation

- Integrate ManageEngine security solutions with enterprise infrastructure and third-party applications.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Shell Scripting, and Webhooks.
- Configure automated event forwarding, incident response workflows, alert integrations, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, network diagrams, implementation documentation, deployment guides, configuration documents, and test cases.
- Perform solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Professional Experience

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ManageEngine security solutions.
- Proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity implementation projects involving SIEM, PAM, IAM, and security monitoring solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise security products with Active Directory, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, scripting, and documentation skills.
