About the Role
Shubh BYD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on customer leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BYD vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and exchange options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Maintain professional showroom standards and represent the BYD brand professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
- Experience in automobile sales, EV sales, showroom sales or premium retail sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
