Position: Real Estate Calling Agent / Telecaller

Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, real estate, or sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads.

- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, locations, and key USPs to customers.

- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and investment purpose.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper lead status.

- Update all call details, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further discussions.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.





- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site-visit targets.Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or real estate preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi is required; basic English communication is preferred.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls and doing regular follow-ups.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets.

Candidates with real estate calling experience will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

Salary: 20-25K per month + incentives

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
