Job Profile

Test Management & Quality Assurance Engineer Drive Quality. Lead Testing. Enable Reliable Releases.

We are looking for a Test Management & Quality Assurance Engineer who can take ownership of Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Communication for automotive after-sales diagnostic solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating testing activities, driving business acceptance testing, managing defects to closure, and ensuring high-quality releases while supporting automation through Python scripting.

Key Responsibilities✅ Test Management & Quality Assurance

- Lead end-to-end Test Management and Test Planning activities.
- Define test strategy, scope, schedules, and quality gates.
- Drive Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) and release validation.
- Support Regression, Integration, System, and Acceptance Testing cycles.
- Ensure delivery readiness and release quality governance.

✅ Defect & Incident Management

Own the complete defect lifecycle including:

- Defect triage and analysis
- Prioritization and severity assessment
- Defect tracking and reporting
- Resolution follow-up and closure verification

✅ Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
- Provide regular status updates to business and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate testing reviews and release sign-offs.

✅ Automotive Diagnostic Validation

Validate and support solutions related to:

- Vehicle Communication
- ECU Diagnostics
- Software Installation & Validation
- Test Infrastructure Management
- Automotive After-Sales Diagnostic Systems

✅ Collaboration & Automation




- Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and System Teams.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
