We are establishing a dedicated NABH Accreditation Preparation & Hospital Quality Consultancy vertical and are looking to associate with an experienced Senior NABH Consultant on a contract/project basis.
The selected consultant will act as the Technical Lead for NABH implementation projects and guide our internal Quality/Implementation team as well as hospital management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct NABH gap assessments at hospitals
- Prepare hospital-specific implementation plans
- Guide preparation and implementation of policies, SOPs, forms and records
- Establish and review document-control systems
- Guide department-wise implementation of NABH requirements
- Conduct/guide staff training and awareness programmes
- Guide implementation and monitoring of quality indicators/KPIs
- Review patient safety, infection control, medication management and other quality systems
- Conduct internal audits and identify gaps/non-conformities
- Guide RCA, CAPA and closure of identified gaps
- Conduct mock NABH assessments
- Prepare hospitals for NABH assessment
- Support assessment preparation and post-assessment NC closure
- Mentor and guide our internal Quality Executive/Implementation Coordinator
Candidate Profile
We are looking specifically for candidates with hands-on NABH hospital implementation experience.
Preferred candidates should have:
- Practical experience in NABH hospital accreditation/implementation projects
- Strong understanding of current NABH Hospital Accreditation Standards
- Experience taking hospitals through different stages of NABH preparation
- Experience in gap assessment, documentation and on-ground implementation
- Experience with internal audits, quality indicators, RCA and CAPA
- Experience in mock assessments and assessment preparation
- Good understanding of hospital clinical and administrative processes
- Ability to train and guide hospital staff
- Strong communication, documentation and leadership skills
NABH POI/other recognised healthcare-quality training will be an added advantage.
Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or training but without practical hospital implementation exposure may not be suitable for this position.
Engagement
This is not a regular full time employment position.
We are open to association on:
Project-wise Consultancy / Professional Retainer / Part-time Contract
The consultant should be available for hospital visits in Hyderabad and other locations in Telangana as required.
Commercial terms will be mutually agreed depending upon experience, project size, scope and level of involvement.
