Purpose : Drive sales and business development for wire rope/wire/copper products across South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala), based out of the Nashik corporate office with regular travel to the region.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager – South India Region

Location: Corporate Office, Nashik, Maharashtra (with travel to South India territory)

Reports to: [Sales Head/AGM Sales]

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing

Experience : 5–10 years of technical sales/B2B sales experience, ideally in wire, cable, wire rope, steel, or allied engineering products

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the South India customer/dealer/distributor network for the company's technical products
- Achieve regional sales targets, track pipeline, and report to corporate sales leadership
- Provide technical product support/consultation to customers (wire rope, wire,



copper applications)
- Coordinate with production/technical teams at Nashik for order fulfillment, specifications, and customer queries
- Market intelligence — competitor tracking, pricing trends, recent business opportunities in South India

Skills required :

- Strong exposure to South India industrial/B2B markets — either originally from the region or has worked the territory extensively
- Fluency in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam is an advantage; working proficiency in English/Hindi required
- Willing to be based at Nashik HQ with 50-60% travel to South India
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Salary : As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
