Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Music Producer to lead the end-to-end production of music for songs, albums, programs, promotional content, and digital media. The candidate should have strong musical knowledge, production skills, and the ability to work with artists and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end music production process, from concept and composition to final mix and master.
- Create and develop music arrangements, compositions, melodies, harmonies, and musical structures.
- Work with singers, musicians, composers, lyricists, and creative teams to develop high-quality music.
- Produce music for songs, albums, videos, programs, events, promos, and digital content.
- Plan and conduct recording sessions and coordinate musicians, vocalists, and studio requirements.
- Operate and manage DAWs and music production software for recording, editing, arranging, and production.
- Handle or supervise recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
- Select appropriate instruments, sounds, plugins, samples, and production techniques.
- Ensure the final music meets the required creative, technical, and audio-quality standards.
- Collaborate with video and content teams to create music suitable for different visual productions.
- Manage music production timelines, budgets, and studio resources.
- Coordinate with external musicians, studios, sound engineers, and vendors when required.
- Maintain organized records of music projects, tracks, stems, masters, and related files.
- Explore new music styles, production techniques, and technology to improve creative output.




- Ensure all music production follows appropriate copyright, licensing, and usage requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, arrangement, and production.
- Proficiency in at least one professional DAW such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio, etc.
- Robust understanding of recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
- Good knowledge of microphones, studio equipment, MIDI, plugins, virtual instruments, and audio processing.
- Ability to work with vocalists and instrumentalists and bring out the best creative performance.
- Strong musical ear and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop fresh musical concepts.
- Good communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple productions.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma in Music, Music Production, Audio Engineering, Sound Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in music production.
- Strong portfolio/showreel of completed music productions is required.
- Experience in Christian/gospel music production will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
