Solutionara is looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Lead to join our Global Delivery Center in Noida.

This is a technical leadership role for an experienced Cloud/DevOps engineer who can design and build AWS infrastructure, automate environments using Terraform, work hands-on with Kubernetes/EKS and CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and guide other engineers.

This is not a people-management-only role. You will remain hands-on while taking technical ownership from architecture and infrastructure design through deployment and production operations.

Solutionara is a U.S.-based IT Consulting and Technology Services firm supporting enterprise clients through its Noida Global Delivery Center.

What You'll Do

- Design, build and manage secure, scalable and highly available AWS infrastructure.
- Own AWS architecture across compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
- Design AWS networking including VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups and load balancers.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop reusable Terraform modules, infrastructure templates and automation.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, with AWS EKS preferred.
- Work with Helm, GitOps and ArgoCD where applicable.
- Establish monitoring, logging and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or Datadog.
- Troubleshoot complex AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure, deployment and production issues and lead RCA.
- Review infrastructure designs, Terraform configurations,



pipelines and deployment approaches.
- Guide Cloud/DevOps engineers and establish reusable engineering standards.
- Work directly with architects, engineering teams, project managers and client stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted engineering and automation tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation and operational efficiency.

The full role specifically places responsibility on the Lead for technical ownership, architecture reviews, Terraform/CI/CD reviews, reusable engineering standards and mentoring—not simply operational support.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 6–10 years of relevant Cloud/DevOps engineering experience.
- Solid hands-on AWS experience.
- Strong AWS infrastructure and networking knowledge.
- Hands-on Terraform experience.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux knowledge.
- Experience with monitoring and observability.
- Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting.
- Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated technical ownership of Cloud/DevOps solutions.
- Ability to review technical work and guide other engineers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strongly Preferred

- Hands-on AWS EKS experience.
- Helm, ArgoCD or GitOps.
- Reusable Terraform module development.
- Platform engineering experience.




- AWS Solutions Architect and/or AWS DevOps certification.
- CKA/CKAD.
- Experience supporting U.S. or global clients.
- IT consulting, technology services or enterprise delivery experience.
- Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or AIOps.

You will help Solutionara build more reliable and scalable AWS platforms, increase infrastructure automation, strengthen Kubernetes and DevOps engineering standards, improve production troubleshooting, and reduce manual operational effort through reusable automation and Infrastructure as Code.
