Graphic Designer

ASE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content for our digital marketing, branding, social media, and business communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, blogs, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging ad creatives focused on generating attention, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to convert campaign ideas into visually compelling creatives.
- Design banners, brochures, company profiles, presentations, infographics, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, visual language, typography, and design standards across all platforms.
- Create creative concepts for campaigns, festivals, product/service promotions, and company communications.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for different digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media creative formats,



and digital advertising best practices.
- Take feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver designs within deadlines.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing creatives for digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Positive understanding of social media design requirements and formats.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, and animated ad creatives.
- Understanding of how design impacts engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
