1. Job Purpose

The Commodity Trader will be responsible for actively trading commodity markets with the primary objective of generating consistent and risk-adjusted profits and alpha over relevant market benchmarks.

The individual will independently identify trading opportunities, formulate and execute trading strategies, manage positions and risk, and take full ownership of trading P&L.;

The role requires a solid understanding of market dynamics, disciplined risk management, speed of execution, and the ability to generate returns across changing market conditions.

3. Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce or a related field.
- CFA, FRM, NISM or other relevant financial-market certifications will be an advantage but are not a substitute for demonstrated trading ability.

4. Experience





- 3–7 years of active trading experience in commodities, futures, options, equities, currencies or other financial markets.
- Candidates with a demonstrable trading track record will be strongly preferred.
- Experience managing proprietary trading capital, portfolio capital or significant personal trading capital will be an advantage.

5. Core Accountability

This is a P&L-driven; trading role. The individual will be directly accountable for generating profitable trading returns and alpha while operating within defined risk limits. The primary expectation is not research, reporting or trading support, but the ability to identify opportunities, take calculated positions, manage risk, execute effectively and consistently generate superior risk-adjusted returns.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
