Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction:Greet customers, listen to their concerns, assess their needs, and explain service options in a explicit and understandable manner.
- Service Planning:Consult with mechanics, determine necessary repairs, and create service orders.
- Scheduling and Management:Book appointments, manage service center workflow, and keep customers informed about their vehicle's status.
- Technical Knowledge:Understand vehicle maintenance, warranty procedures, and potential cost savings.
- Communication:Provide accurate estimates, explain repairs, answer customer questions, and address concerns.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate customer records, track service history, and manage invoices.
