Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Manager
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, inventory, staff performance, and operational requirements.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Captain / Senior Captain
- Supervise the service team and coordinate daily floor operations.
- Allocate duties to stewards and ensure smooth table service.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Guide junior team members and maintain service standards.
- Handle customer requests and coordinate with the kitchen.
Steward / Senior Steward
- Welcome and serve customers professionally.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Assist the Captain and other team members during service.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Cashier
- Handle billing and cash/card/digital payments accurately.
- Operate POS and billing systems.
- Maintain daily cash and transaction records.
- Handle customer billing queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding bills and payments.
Host
- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Manage customer seating and table allocation.
- Handle reservations and waiting lists.
- Assist customers with basic enquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers may also be considered for suitable positions.
