We ar hiring for VMC/CNC Programmer Cum Operator

Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4–6 years

Salary: Up to 6 Lakhs Per annum

Location : Chennai

Mandatory Skill: Mastercam software knowledge is required.

A. Machine Programming & Operation

# Programming of all VMC, CNC & HMC machines with the help of Mastercam Software & ensure programming is efficient with proper tool path and reduced machining hours.

# Operate VMC, CNC & HMC machines & carry out regular production activities.

# Operate, monitor, and maintain factory machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures as & when required.

B. Team Supervision & Management

# Plan & allocate work to technician & ensuring of product quality.

# Plan workers leave as per production plan, collect their leave application form & submit to HR.

# Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of workers.

# Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Quality, Safety & Maintenance

# Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure conformance to product standards.

# Assemble and align machine parts and components using hand tools, power tools, hoists, or jigs.

# Support fabrication, welding, drilling, grinding, and hydraulic assembly tasks.

# Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication designs, and specifications.

# Report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to Head of Production.

# Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace.

# Follow all company safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

# Participate in training programs to improve productivity and technical capabilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
